We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with strong experience across ZScaler, to join a skilled team on an 18-month Fixed Term Contract basis. About the role Provide 3rd level technical support, service delivery, technical problem troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of remote access technologies, specifically the Zscaler suite (ZIA,ZPA,ZDX). Provide expert services in relation to planning, design, testing and implementing server and operating systems across the infrastructure. Analyse, recommend, design, implement and manage changes and updates to the software, including major upgrades, security features, patches, and minor version updates, customisations and configurations. Actively participate in the management of all stakeholders, delivery partners and customers to ensure that technical support and issue resolution is provided and high quality customer service is delivered. Actively seek, create and execute opportunities for business process improvements as well as improvements insecurity measures, standards and best practices aimed at enhancing the availability, security and performance of solutions across the systems. Support the delivery of the Bank’s Technology Roadmap and technical projects involving related systems. Plan for system upgrades and implementation of new versions of software and applications. About you Experience with the Zscaler SaaS platform, Internet and remote access services solutions. Experience with deployment and configuration of Zscaler solutions (Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)) Experience with development principles, tools, and frameworks. Experience with CI/CD toolsets (e.g., Azure DevOps Service, Artifactory, Gitlab etc.) Experience working in agile and hybrid project environment Understanding of common infrastructure systems (e.g., Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows 11, VMWare, SAN etc.) Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and persuade peers and senior stakeholders. Understanding of strategic and new and emerging technologies and their practical application. Experience with policy design for URL, cloud apps and DLP. Perform network assessments to gather information for proper solution design and implementation. Customize configurations based on specific business requirements, ensuring security policies and configurations align with best practices. Troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation process.
