We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and capable of managing a diverse team to ensure our service standards are second to none.
Applicants with experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Manage and lead a team of customer service staff.
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.
Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents.
Holders of a diploma or higher in management, communication or marketing will be preferred.
Applicants with 2-3 years prior experience in similar roles will be considered.
