COMMERCIAL SALES DIRECTOR | WINDOWS & DOORS
Up to $170K Base + Super + Car + Bonuses
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial sales strategy across Melbourne.
The role requires industry knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to win and deliver large projects from tender to delivery.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic commercial sales plans to grow market share across major projects.
* Identify and secure large-scale commercial opportunities (apartments, education, aged care, etc.).
* Build and manage relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 builders, developers, and architects.
* Oversee tender submissions and quoting processes for major projects.
* Lead, mentor, and support the commercial sales team and estimators to achieve targets.
* Collaborate with estimating, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business development efforts.
About You
* Understands margins, costings, and the tendering process; able to price and negotiate profitably on large-scale jobs.
* Solid experience in aluminium window and door systems, with a technical understanding of products and installation processes.
* Well-networked with builders, architects, and developers; skilled at building trust and rapport to secure ongoing projects.
* Experienced in securing and managing commercial-scale jobs from tender to delivery, not just transactional selling.
* Works closely with estimating, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Fully maintained vehicle.
