They are looking for an Accounts Officer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, based out of their office in Morningside. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming invoices from multiple sources related to the Commercial Division as well as External Real Estate Agents Liaise with Suppliers and Subcontractors and External Real Estate Agents regarding account queries and seek a resolution Complete supplier credit account applications and establish database for the Commercial Division Ensure all period end processes are within correct accounting periods Preparation and processing of daily, weekly, monthly creditor pay runs both EFT and cheques Reconcile creditor balances with creditor statements Manage the companies Fleet of Vehicles, including maintaining records of Vehicle allocation, reconciling Fuel and Etoll payments, lodging Insurance Claims, and managing Vehicle Fines Assist with general finance and administrative duties Other duties as directed.
