Nu-Tank manufactures polyethylene tanks, feeders and troughs. Retailing water tanks, molasses and dunder tanks, diesel storage tanks, transport, industrial tanks, firefighter units, wet and dry lick feeders, water and molasses troughs, pumps and accessories, round steel tanks and self-bunded tanks.
Nu-Tank is seeking an Office Manager to join their team of professionals on a full-time and permanent basis. The Office Manager will organise and control the functions and resources of our office, such as administrative systems and office personnel.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Administrative Duties: Overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
2. Office Supplies Management: Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed. Ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained.
3. Staff Supervision: Supervising and supporting office staff, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures. Assigns work and monitors work performance of staff. Coordinates personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
4. Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Managing office budget, handling invoices, and preparing financial reports.
5. Facility Management: Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized office environment. Ensures office compliance with work health and safety regulations. Ensures work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
6. Communication: Handling communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
7. Event Planning: Organizing office events and meetings, coordinating logistics for training sessions and workshops.
8. Problem-Solving: Addressing office-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and making decisions to improve office efficiency.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. Excellent customer service relations experience
2. Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
3. Demonstrated excellent time management skills including the capability to understand and set priorities, and achieve results in an environment of high volumes workloads and tight deadlines.
4. Proven high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
5. Strong communication and reporting skills
6. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
