The firm is headed by an experienced and ethical Partner who has worked in construction law for over two decades. The Partner has an active presence in the construction law industry and have developed an excellent network. This role is specifically based in their construction law team, which is a thriving and busy sector of the firm. Construction law is our client’s main practice area, so this is an exciting opportunity to get your hands on interesting and complex matters. The Opportunity This position is for a lawyer who has experience with litigation and construction law. Both front end and back-end construction law experience is ideal, however our client will work with your preferences If you want to focus more on a specific area of construction law, they can accommodate for this and support you with your development. Some of the matters you can expect to come across are general construction matters, construction contracts, various construction disputes, and heavy litigation focus. You will service an interesting clientele including domestic and commercial clients. This is a chance to bring your skills and experience to a high performing team, you will be able to work autonomously and be trusted with your files. You will have full support from the Partner and your peers to allow you to excel in your role.
