This is an amazing opportunity to be actively involved as a highly competent and operational Restaurant Manager overseeing this uniquely positioned upmarket à la carte restaurant in the famous Kimberleys. You will: Work closely with the Head Chef to prepare menu concepts. Oversee and be involved in recruitment, training, and management of all restaurant staff. Prepare budgets and collaborate with the GM on the development of the business strategy. Oversee all safety, HR, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years management experience in a full-service upmarket à la carte restaurant. A confident leader, able to take full responsibility for front and back of house operations. Motivate and support your staff to achieve their best. Hold a current Approved Manager's Licence.
