We're seeking a driven & motivated technical business analyst with collections & financial hardship experience to join a leading Australian financial services company.
Skills required:
* Atleast 3 years experience in a technical business analyst role, with proven experience in collections, credit risk, or financial hardship programs.
* Strong technical skills, with hands-on experience in collections systems (e.g., Katabat, PowerCurve, ezyCollect, or similar).
* Strong system configuration & workflow experience.
* Strong data integration & technical skills (SQL, SOAP web services, SaaS).
* Great understanding of Agile & Waterfall methodology.
Key responsibilities:
* Enhance, configure, and maintain the collections and credit risk platform, focusing on enhancing system functionality.
* Documenting & delivering functional and non- functional requirements under both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
