We are seeking an Onsite Building and Property Manager for a brand-new, high-end development in the heart of Toowong, along the Brisbane River, with completion set for January 2024. This unique role offers the opportunity to manage a luxury apartment complex of only 90 lots, delivering end-to-end services to residents and stakeholders in collaboration with our onsite caretaking team and the broader Living business.
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive property management and oversee all aspects of building management. No two days will be the same in this position, offering a dynamic work environment with one of Brisbane's top private developers.
Key Responsibilities: Provide full, end-to-end management of a 90-lot luxury apartment complex, ensuring a high standard of service for residents and stakeholders. Receive support from a dedicated leasing team and property management administrators to assist in day-to-day property management tasks. Collaborate closely with the onsite caretaking team to maintain seamless operations and property maintenance. Serve as the main point of contact for the Body Corporate Committee, residents, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Work alongside the caretaker to manage building operations, including coordinating with contractors for onsite services. Oversee and ensure the building is maintained to the highest standards, promptly addressing any maintenance issues. Supervise and support defect management during the initial occupancy period, working in close coordination with the caretaking team. The Candidate:

Candidate Requirements: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with residents, contractors, and body corporate. Strong organisational and time management abilities.
