o Managing Incoming and Outbound phone calls in a professional manner
o Forwarding incoming calls to appropriate team members and departments
o Email Triaging - Responding to Emails
o Accurate completion of Daily Banking
o Supporting in Managing and Issuing Client Credit Notes
o Meeting and Greeting Clients and Visitors
o Coordinating and Managing Meeting Rooms
o Maintaining Presentation of Reception and Office Areas
o Receive Daily Mail and Deliveries
o Manage Office Inventory of Office Supplies
o Create and Update Records and Databases
o Any ADHOC Administration Duties as required
