Key responsibilities include: In partnership with the General Manager, devise and implement sales strategies to grow the business in Australia Lead sales strategy for outstanding performance in driving growth and exceeding sales and market share targets Maintain positive and mutually-beneficial relationships with dealers, ensuring maximum engage and focus Source prospective dealers in key vacant areas In partnership with Product Manager, manage pricing, product portfolio & inventory planning Represent the brand at key events and field days Work in partnership with marketing to create and execute strong strategy to build brand awareness & demand generation The person For this outstanding opportunity, we are looking for a commercially astute, sales savvy professional, with demonstrated experience in a senior sales management position with a passion for outdoor power equipment, be that tools or agricultural product.
You will be experienced in driving outstanding sales performance and ideally you will have managed independent dealer networks, and optimised dealer networks through both expansion and improvement.
