**Job Description**
We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Albury as an Account Manager.
You'll work with a high-performing and collaborative team to grow and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in.
With access to SCA's impressive product suite, including LiSTNR, Hit, and Triple M Networks, your role will involve maximising revenue opportunities to meet monthly targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
Deliver exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client-specific needs and proactively approaching sales opportunities.
Proactively prospect and search for new clients and business opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of clients.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals.
Maintain and grow client portfolios within Independent Agencies and Direct businesses.
Maximise revenue opportunities by identifying clients' marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions.
Establish clear goals and plans for key and target accounts in line with Customer Focused Selling principles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Develop knowledge and expertise of Southern Cross Austereo products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, research tools, and competitive environments.
**Requirements**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable and skilled in cold calling new business prospects via phone, email, and social media.
A strong understanding of the media market is desirable but not essential.
The ability and desire to generate a client list from scratch.
A passion for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
A genuine interest in the media industry and a love for sales.

**Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation + benefits
