We're seeking Guest Service Agents who create lasting memories through personalized service, a friendly smile, and the ability to make every guest feel valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a memorable welcome experience during check-in.
* Leave a lasting impression with our guests throughout their stay as well as on departure.
What We Need From You:
* Prior hotel experience in a front office environment.
* A real passion for delivering great customer service.
* Dynamic personality and superior communication skills.
* Able to work rotating roster of shifts between 7 am to 11 pm over 7 days.
* Opera knowledge is highly desirable.
