About you:
* Deliver high level Social Work clinical services across a complex case load within the CHSP team and across other clinical areas when required in accordance with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Code of Ethics and AASW professional practice standards.
* This shall include but is not limited to psychosocial assessment, counselling, support, advocacy, mediation, liaison and referral for Aged Care clients and their carers within the Cairns CHSP region including home visits and outreach service to Yarrabah Indigenous Community.
* Undertake duties of a complex and varied nature with clinincal Social Work decisions that are evidence based and be recognised as a reference point for other clinicians in the team, with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
