Information Technology and Services Sydney Contract Government Relations 5/11/2024 Key accountabilities of the role: • An expert communications expert with excellent stakeholder management skills is required.• A mix of strategic and hands-on Change Manager.• Developing change strategies and plans as well as hands on to ensure changes are successfully adopted through strong engagement, knowledge transfer and benefit realisation.• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a faster rate of adoption of key change impacts while minimising resistance to change.• Lead the integration of change management, benefits realisation and communication strategies • Using a Prosci change management framework and methodology, apply a change process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.• Assess organisational readiness and develop targeted change strategies for key projects that align with the key aspects of the ADKAR Framework – awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, reinforcement.• Working closely with the Digital Transformation program's management team, support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to the change initiatives.Key Challenges of the role: • Dealing with a diverse range of complex change projects and stakeholders experiencing multiple areas of organisational change, while exercising judgement in a context of rapidly changing and competing project priorities to achieve quality outputs.• Gain the buy-in and support of multiple stakeholders in a high-volume work environment with tight deadlines and managing change from multiple beginning states to a single end state across a broad range of user experiences and capabilities.For more information please Apply Now or contact Carlie ******
