Murrumbidgee Regional High School - Wade is a secondary school situated in Griffith with an enrolment of 470 students, including 85 students with an Aboriginal Heritage and 103 students with a non-English speaking background. The school is developing procedures to support student learning, including role statements and wellbeing systems. It includes a support unit with 4 classes and a Clontarf Academy to support Aboriginal boys' educational provision.
This school aims to achieve high academic performance through strong curriculum and vocational pathways. Recent infrastructure upgrades include a new library, canteen, and a soon-to-be-constructed multipurpose facility.
Positioned at the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area, Griffith offers access to diverse industries, cultural establishments, and local sports teams. The city features its own airport, hospital, specialized facilities, a wide spectrum of retail establishments, and some of Australia's foremost wineries.

* Proven ability to implement innovative and engaging teaching strategies to improve educational outcomes for all students.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and contribute to a team and faculty.
Conditions
A relocation support package of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants.
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
