About your new role: The Procurement and Supply Business Lead will be our Procurement and Supply Chain subject matter expert for inventory and warehouse management on our journey to replace Ellipse.
You will play a very important role to introduce several integrations between SAP and Ellipse to support the staged rollout over the coming years.
Once this implementation is complete, you will continue to work with business stakeholders to understand and identify procurement and supply requirements for our Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Resource Platform to support our program of work .
The position has been evaluated as Professional & Managerial Grade Three (PM3).
The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant's knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position.
Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2024 .

About you: In addition to your degree or qualification in Procurement, Business or Project Management Systems and or equivalent experience, you have very strong knowledge of both Ellipse and SAP inventory and warehouse management modules.
You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to quickly build strong relationships to collaborate, educate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders inside and outside of the business.
You also have: Demonstrated ability to plan and forecast to ensure resource and workload balance occurs to deliver the EQL Procurement and Supply program Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management practices and the ability to communicate these effectively The ability to analyse complex situations and provide strategic advice to management to support high quality outcomes Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly gain knowledge of EQL procurement policies and external legislation requirements.
