Growing Finance company is looking for a Customer Service and Administration Officer, you will be handling a number of enquiries, dealing with clients over the phone, email and via our client portal in relation to their current loan account.
You will be required to answer general enquiries, assist with payment changes and soft collection discussions.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
Handling enquiries from customers regarding loan agreements Soft Collection calls Assisting the Sales team Completing thorough consults with clients which includes extracting personal and financial information Accounts receivable function to assist debtors to maintain their debt agreement payments General administration. Skills & Experience:
Experience in completing financial applications or assessments preferred but not essential A working knowledge of key regulatory and compliance standards in relation to credit provision and debt collection Excellent work ethic Be a team player as well as an ability to work autonomously Be target driven and strive towards reaching and exceeding KPI's Be empathetic while negotiating a positive outcome for the customer Excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will also receive free Gym Membership and free onsite parking.
