Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our high performing and collaborative team. As the first point of contact, you will help build customer trust, enhance the brand’s reputation, and support continuous improvement within the support team, while contributing to Evergen’s commitment to renewable energy innovation through CRM updates and process enhancements.
1. Provide prompt and effective technical support to customer queries via telephone and live chat
2. Analyse battery system performance and assist with technical troubleshooting
3. Collaborate with and escalate where necessary to tier 2 / 3 support teams to resolve complex issues
4. Maintain accurate and comprehensive CRM notes
5. Contribute to refining customer experience processes with the support team
6. Assist with administrative duties to support the Evergen team

Qualifications
1. Experience in support roles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
2. Previous experience working with a CRM - Hubspot knowledge is advantageous
3. Background or a general passion in the renewables sector and technology is valuable
4. Quick learner, adaptable to new tools, processes, and systems with the ability to handle new challenges confidently
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for email and chat platforms
6. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and collaborating to resolve customer issues
7. Technical aptitude with knowledge of databases (mySQL) and programming (Python) is advantageous
