Role OverviewAs the Customer Service & Product Development Assistant, you'll play a key role in both customer service and product development teams. This dual role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction and has an interest in automotive parts. Initially based in Carole Park, the position will move to Acacia Ridge in February 2025. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle general inquiries. Oversee stock replenishment and order prep, coordinating with warehouse staff. Product Development Assistant Support the team in researching new product ranges and preparing product information. Stay informed on industry trends and participate in brainstorming sessions. About You Passion for cars and experience in automotive mechanics (preferred). Customer-focused, proactive, and organised. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (experience in customer service or retail preferred). Genuine interest in Product Development.
