We work closely with our clients within the architectural and construction sectors to supply national brands, specifiers, builders and developers with solutions to meet their ever evolving needs.Now in our seventh year of successful operation we have achieved tremendous growth and market penetration and are looking to expand our Melbourne team with a like minded individual to join us in our continued quest! The Opportunity You'll be working closely with architects, designers and key decision makers of national retail brands to bring their designs to life. Your week will be spent mostly on the road, building strong relationships and generating project specifications.A large amount of your time will be committed to building relationships with new and key architects, designers and builders providing exceptional service and response times to ensure our products are always front of mind. In turn creating trust, genuine relationships, generating leads and converting them to sales efficiently.Researching and growing new relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Builders.Confidently conducting product presentations, both in our unique specifier showroom and within client offices.CRM Administration, developing and managing a project pipeline and A&D database.Working autonomously, we ask for monthly reports demonstrating activity, opportunities created and sales.You'll have the support of a highly experienced team with extraordinary back end support enabling your success. What we're looking for Experience in customer relationships and sales within the Architectural, Design and Construction Sector.A keen interest and passion for the design industry.Established relationships with Interior Designers and Architectural firms in Melbourne.Proven success in growing a professional network and meeting sales targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence with the ability, personal presentation and personality to present to both individuals and groups of people. A great attitude, ability to work independently but also with a willingness to learn and work within a team to achieve our combined company goals.Strong administrative skills with attention to detail even when juggling multiple tasks.A solutions focused individual who understands that success comes only through unparalleled service, integrity and building trust.Working with us.
