Principal Consultant Organisational Development and Learning
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our Organisational Development Team.
About the Role:
This role is a key enabler within the Organisational Development team to deliver best practice and contemporary organisational development and corporate learning services across Southern Adelaide Local Health Network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to and/or lead organisational development and learning projects which support SALHN's strategic directions.
* Develop and support effective leadership and management development programs and initiatives.
* Contribute to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.
* Support Workforce Services Business Partners to develop and implement initiatives that build people skills and capability in the business.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to think strategically and conceptualise to provide tailored Organisational Development & Learning (ODL) solutions in response to organisational workforce related problems.
* Significant experience in strategic workforce projects including the ability to effectively manage, plan, deliver and evaluate organisation-wide projects.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and communicate with a diverse range of people through fostering and maintaining effective working relationships.
* Experience in developing and implementing OD programs including, leadership development, high performing teams, workplace culture, staff surveys and change management.
