Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain high-volume stock levels and ensure accurate inventory control

What You Bring:
* Proven experience leading teams of 10+ in large-format, big-box, or department store environments
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Expertise in visual merchandising and managing stock in high-volume settings
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Passion for retail operations, with a strong drive to empower and support team members
* Skilled in rostering and optimising schedules
* Proficient in conducting stock-takes and inventory management
* Strong communicator, adept at setting clear expectations and driving team performance
