About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.
* Assists in managing store operations and staff.
* Ensures high standards of customer service.
* Supports the implementation of sales strategies.
* Maintains inventory and stock levels.
* Trains and mentors new staff members.
