Job responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Boutique Manager, you will oversee the overall operations and profitability of our new Bondi Junction Boutique. You will lead your team to maximize sales opportunities, deliver a unique and timeless client experience, build excellent client relationships, and maintain the boutique's image. Additionally, you will establish a compelling vision and goals, pioneer ambitious business opportunities, inspire your staff to higher performance, and foster collaboration within the boutique with your strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
Your Purpose:
1. Lead a team of 12 in achieving their business goals, while creating an environment that nurtures, develops, and allows talent to flourish
2. Train, mentor, and support the team on client relationship development principles and methods for capturing new clients and prospects
3. Drive sales performance through KPI management, client strategy, client experiences, and identifying and pursuing opportunities for new lead generation.
4. Ensure ongoing client loyalty by creating special moments and engagements that deepen brand and product loyalty
5. Provide weekly reporting, communicating potential client and market shifts, changes or reactions to engagements/activities, and updating and monitoring the CRM
6. Partner with Head Office functions on key aspects such as training, human resources, finance, operational support, logistics, merchandising, and visual merchandising
Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 7 years at a managerial level within retail. You should also be a people-centric retail leader with demonstrable experience in leading retail operations to a high level of success across customer experience, operations, people development and support, and business performance.
