Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for various sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, Trackman now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines, measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Trackman customers, delivering world-class support and guidance.
">
2. Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using Trackman systems.
">
3. Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and ensure they achieve measurable success.
">
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the global support team.
">
5. Identify new business opportunities within the golf industry, focusing on booking and payment solutions for driving ranges and indoor simulator centers.
">
6. Drive local uptake and engagement in global and local indoor golf tournaments.
">
7. Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to implement regional strategies.
">
8. Drive Trackman ANZ's marketing efforts across the product portfolio.
">
9. Conduct market analysis and report to regional management.

Requirements:
">

* Higher education in technology, business, or marketing.
">
* 2+ years of experience from Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
">
* Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.

* Fluent in English.

* Interest and understanding of golf (including rules and tournament formats).

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Compensation Plan: The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. You will benefit from extensive onboard training and continuous coaching.
