As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be essential in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles as ARTEMUS Group continues its growth trajectory. Reporting to the HR Director, you'll be responsible for supporting the company’s expansion by driving the recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring the right talent is identified and hired across multiple functions. You will manage recruitment activities with the support of our brilliant HR Administrator, who will report to you and assist in the recruitment process. Key responsibilities include: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, from entry-level to leadership roles, ensuring an efficient and effective process. Candidate Experience: Foster an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the interview and hiring process. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on hiring criteria, and develop job descriptions that attract the best talent. Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals and best practices. Team Leadership: Coach and develop our brilliant HR Administrator, who reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Partner. Support Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of ARTEMUS Group by supporting the recruitment efforts for multiple business openings, ensuring talent acquisition strategies align with company growth objectives. About you: Proven experience (3 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly in high-volume hiring environments. Love learning new things – you’re open minded, a quick learner and love variety. Exceptional interpersonal skills – working effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player – you love collaborative environments but can also work independently when needed. A proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment, with a focus on delivering quality hires in a timely manner.
