About the Role
As a Property and Carpark Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee 20,000 m2 of prime commercial real estate. This is a client-facing role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in property management through hands-on learning and collaboration with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relations: Be a welcoming, go-to point of contact for retailers and customers, handling inquiries professionally.
* Tenant Administration: Support lease management, including rent reviews and tenant communications.
* Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date tenant schedules and important documents using MRI software.
* Financial Reporting: Help prepare and report budgets, forecasts, and audits.
* Site Inspections: Regularly inspect the site to ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards.
* Facility Coordination: Assist with tenancy fit-outs and maintenance contracts.
* Carpark Management: Oversee daily carpark operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
* Operational Support: Support recoverable expense management, VO audits, and other administrative tasks.
* Revenue Management: Handle billing for carpark users and generate revenue reports.
About You
We are seeking an experienced candidate with at least 2 years of experience in property or facilities management, ideally with retail and carpark exposure. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
