The Role: The Tasmanian Health Service is seeking a Physiotherapist with management and leadership experience for the permanent full-time position of Deputy Manager – Physiotherapy Services within Hospitals South. The Deputy Manager - Physiotherapy Services (Subacute) will: Contribute to a learning culture and foster leadership, innovation, and evidence-driven patient care. Collaborate within Physiotherapy and Allied Health Services for the efficient and effective functioning of designated teams. Contribute to the overall coordination, leadership, and management of Physiotherapy Services for Hospitals South as part of a dynamic team. The Team: Physiotherapy in Hospitals South consists of close to 150 professionals who will welcome your energy and experience. The successful applicant will work alongside the Deputy Manager (Acute) to provide leadership, management, and guidance to the Subacute and Community teams. Details of appointment: Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
