Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Manage and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Handle reservation bookings, cancellations and modifications accurately and efficiently.
4. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures to maintain high service standards.
5. Assist with front desk transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.
6. Share responsibilities of valet and concierge duties.
Experience and Skills Required:
7. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
8. Previous experience in a high-volume customer service or hospitality role.
9. Hotel experience desired.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of guests.
11. Proficiency in using various information systems and databases.
12. Technical Skills: Familiarity with property management systems.
13. High attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
14. Capacity to work independently and proactively manage your tasks (training will be provided for technical questions).
