About the Role
Randstad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee customer service and administrative operations in a Canberra-based Logistics company. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the business, supporting team members, and driving overall company success.
* Taking ownership of all office administration tasks, including correspondence and data management;
* Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
* Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars;
* Maintaining accurate records and files, both physical and digital;
* Developing and implementing administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
* Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives;
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
