Reporting to the Digital Manager the CRM Manager is responsible for analysing customer data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies aimed at increasing customer retention and satisfaction. The purpose of this role is to optimize our customer relationship management system to enhance our interactions with current and future customers.
The Role Recipe
1. Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email and SMS within our current marketing automation platforms.
2. Develop personalized, relevant and optimized messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
3. Develop and execute on a robust optimization testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within our marketing automation platforms, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.
4. Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team & GM Marketing/Innovation.
5. Identify opportunities for increasing and maximizing our CRM platforms.
6. Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximize engagement and ROI.
7. Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing and launching within our marketing automation platforms.
Key Ingredients
8. 3 years’ experience in an CRM role preferably in a retail/QSR space.
9. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiences
10. Someone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management – ideally with experience in Martech platforms productively in a fast paced and agile environment.
11. Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact, shape ideas into actionable campaign plans through to implementation and post launch analysis.
12. Data and results led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.
13. Creative and experimentation mindset – familiar and experienced in optimization testing processes, methodology and best practice
