You will also demonstrate:Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in Recovery/Anaesthetics/PACU.Hold or working towards post-graduate qualification in anaesthetic and/or recovery.Ability to manage designated portfolio and display strong leadership skills.Well-developed communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human, and material resources.A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance.Highly Desirable: Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment.Completed Preceptorship program.What's in it for you?
