The Opportunity
This is a legacy executive position that will oversee a diverse portfolio made up of the following service lines: Support Coordination, Daily Living, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Allied Health, Aged Care Community Supports and Day Centres.
Reporting to the Diocesan Chief Executive Officer, you will:
* Lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.
* Lead change by anticipating requirements for the future and actively working to improve team outcomes, the Diocese, and adding value to our community.
* Ensure a staff focus on quality, client-centred approaches, and resident satisfaction.
* Contribute to and support the implementation of the organisation’s strategic vision and plan.
* Ensure effective incident management systems are linked to risk management continuous improvement.
About You
An established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients. Candidates with the following experiences and skillsets are encouraged to apply:
* Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.
* 5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.
* Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.
* Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.
* Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.
* Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
