Description Job Summary Serves as the property Night Supervisor and maintain all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Personally assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks. Please note that this role requires Full-Time Working Rights in Australia to be considered Monitoring Property Operations: Oversee all overnight operations in the absence of the Night Manager and leadership team. Manage late-night arrivals and early departure account settlements. Work with the finance team to reconcile audits. Maintain compliance with operational guidelines. Ensure department supplies are adequately stocked. Create a safe work environment and monitor employee performance. Handle period-end inventories and ensure the achievement of guest satisfaction and employee survey goals. Supporting Profitability & Revenue Goals: Review financial data to identify areas for improvement. Respond to guest issues and ensure resolutions are implemented effectively. Monitor chargebacks and rebates to minimize financial losses. Ensure proper cash handling procedures and address discrepancies.
