Apply now and accelerate your career with the AMA Collision team Role responsibilities Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations. Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions. Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance. Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships. Work Health and Safety (WHS) : ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
