The goal is to work closely with the Commercial team and provide financial rigour to proposals evaluated by senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport analysis and reporting assignment.Leverage on data for business intelligence and reporting.Support the review of business proposals: drive process governance and rigorous decision making.Managing the relations and expectations of various stakeholders (refer to key relationships / stakeholders list).Support Board Management Performance Meeting reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting.Support key account sales team with customer reporting and analysis.Support Arrotex drive for continuous process improvement and process automation.Ad-hoc projects/tasks.Key Skills and RequirementsTertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification - highly desirable.Experience in a Financial Planning or Commercial Analyst position in blue chip organisations.Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Highly developed financial and commercial analysis expertise.Ability to turn complex large amounts of data into simple commercial insights.Demonstrated track record of successful delivery working with sales and marketing functions and interacting heavily with senior management.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, advanced formulas, etc.)Attention to detail - identifying anomalies, inconsistent data points.Deductive reasoning, logic, analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills and prior exposure to Microsoft Power BI, Hyperion or similar.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job - we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
