The Role
Are you an innovative and strategic thinker, with the ability to develop highly engaging digital content across website, email and intranet?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, ready to take Middy’s digital marketing content and internal communications to the next level.
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivitol role in managing and implementing email marketing and automation campaigns to increase awareness and engagement across the Middy’s Group website and digital eco-system
This role will be responsible for the ongoing development of Middy’s brand new internal intranet platform, with a strong emphasis on cross-department collaboration and adoption.

What You’ll be Doing
• Email Marketing: Manage and deliver direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
• Email Marketing: Enhance subscriber segmentation, perform audits, and maintain the health of customer database.
• Email Marketing: Conduct regular testing to refine and optimise campaign performance.
• Digital Content: Provide support in developing and publishing content across the Middy’s Group website and digital eco-system.
• Digital Content: Maintain accurate and up-to-date website content relating to news, events, promotions and branch details.
• Internal Communications: Ongoing development and improvement of internal intranet platform.
• Internal Communications: Implement best practices, guidelines and processes for content management and communications.
• Internal Communications: Educate staff on its effective management and develop a collaborative environment.
• Support: Manage support requests and feedback, ensuring timely responses and action.
• Data Analytics: Provide the business with regular performance reporting, including opportunities and recommendations.
• Data Analytics: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Business Insights: Identify emerging trends and present opportunities as well as insights learnt from competitor and industry monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and ecommerce platforms. Including, but not limited to, website CMS (Kentico), marketing automation, email campaigns, intranet (SharePoint), CRM/customer databases and website analytics.
• Technical experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian and other business systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across multiple departments and key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital and to deliver business outcomes, both internally and externally.
• Experience in managing social media communities and/or internal communication platforms.
• Able to work as part of a team with excellent verbal communication skills.
• A confident positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management.
• Trade and/or B2B experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
