Do work that matters We have a great opportunity for an experienced marketer in the loyalty space to join us in CommBank Yello, our recognition program that launched in November 2023 that's designed to shine the spotlight on our customers.
The Senior Marketing Manager is accountable for enabling our key strategic partners to amplify their offers to customers while ensuring customers feel valued and recognised by CommBank Yello.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering personalised customer contact strategies and communication plans that increase brand awareness, create customer loyalty, increase cross-sell opportunities, and drive engagement with offers through channel and message innovation for CommBank Yello.
Sitting within a marketing centre of excellence, you will work collaboratively with numerous internal teams including marketing strategy & planning, product, digital, advertising, data and insights teams, as well as external partners, leveraging our world class technology and capability to create hyper-personalised and relevant communications for our customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing activity aligns to our business priorities, goes out on time, adheres to business processes and meets our targets.
See yourself in our team The Consumer Marketing Team leads all marketing for the Retail Bank, to meet the needs of our customers while deepening our relationship with them. Through an intimate understanding of the market, our customers and our business, we partner with internal and external stakeholders to design, deliver and optimise world class marketing initiatives.
On any given day, you will: Build the marketing strategy for your portfolio to deliver on business and customer goals, with a focus on customer engagement with benefits of Yello and partnership outcomes.
Generate and leverage customer insights to identify core strategic customer challenges/opportunities/pain points to help shape the development of relevant strategies and initiatives.
Lead the development and execution of the CommBank Yello offers and marketing strategy, segment our target audiences and partner with Product Owners and other marketing teams to integrate into other relevant product and customer strategies.
Execute ruthless prioritisation of activities against strategic plan to align to key objectives and resourcing.
Oversee Marketing Managers who will work in cross-functional agile teams with core partners to develop GTM plans that will meet business/customer objectives.
Lead holistic reporting for offer performance and customer engagement, including results on business objectives, key learnings and next steps.
Actively lead and mentor a team of end-to-end marketing managers to ensure the development of efficient, timely and effective communications that ladder up to the strategy and business objectives.
We're interested in hearing from people who possess: Integrated marketing and communications experience with a focus on targeted below the line marketing.
A passion for customer data, insights and results to inform effective campaigns and optimisations.
Highly developed stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Growth mindset driving an ability to be agile, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
A sound risk-management mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
A tertiary qualification, ideally with a marketing focus.
Rewards & Loyalty experience would be highly regarded.
