My client is a global business which operate in an essential and highly stable industry. The opportunity exists to join a dynamic, and supportive payroll team under a highly tenured manager.
Oversee preparation and payment of superannuation and novated lease payments Reconcile novated lease invoices to ensure correct payroll deductions are made Act as the key point of contact with novated lease providers Resolve queries from staff and the lease provider Act as the key point of contact between payroll and superannuation funds and superannuation clearing houses Oversee the setup and configuration of new or changes to super fund and lease setups Share maintenance of monthly paid Employee records Ad-hoc duties as directed The Person
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Payroll Officer including experience using iChris/Chris21 and previous exposure to managing either of superannuation or novated leases for a complex business
You will have intermediate excel skills, a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy environment.
