They are seeking an enthusiastic full-time legal secretary to join their Sydney office within the Disputes team.
About the Role
* Liaising with clients and staff
* Preparation and drafting of legal documents
* Correspondence in respect of emails, letters and internal memos
* Collating court documents/preparing briefs
* Billing Diary management and inbox management
* Opening and closing electronic files
* File management
* General administration for the team
About You:
* You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing legal support.
* You will be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
* You will have confident verbal and written communication skills.
* You will possess strong organisational and file management skills.
* You will be professional, personable, and adaptable.
* You will have experience using document management and billing systems (e.g., FileSite, Aderant Expert).
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills.
