This assertive outreach service operates within the social model of health and the Best Interest Framework, providing a meaningful service to expectant parents, infants, children, and their families. The goal is to empower them to achieve their personal, family, parenting, and wellbeing goals. The program also has access to Flexible Support Fund Packages (brokerage), which help enhance positive outcomes for families. The IPC Health Integrated Family Services Program is a partner in two Orange Door and Integrated Family Services Alliances: the Western Melbourne Catchment area (including the Cities of Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Moonee Valley, Hobson’s Bay, and Wyndham) and the Brimbank Melton Catchment area (including the Cities of Brimbank and Melton). The Family Services Program team operates across three IPC Health sites: Sunshine, Altona Meadows, and Wyndham Vale. You will be supported by the Manager and Senior Manager of Child and Family Services. This is a Fixed Term opportunity until 30 June 2025 (Special Projects). The role is classified as a Administrative/Management Officer Grade 3 under the Health And Allied Services, Managers And Administrative Workers (Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Multi Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2022 – 2026. You will make a difference by Managing a broad range of Client administration support functions to the Child & Family Services portfolio enabling quality and data integrity Assisting in the efficient operations to optimise the invoicing and administrative processes both internally and externally, that positively impacts service provision and meets DFFH & Alliances Compliance reporting. Assisting in the transference of Family Services client files to the IPC health Client Management System – TRAK Care ensuring data integrity. Assist in the development of processes and instruction guidelines for Family Services staff to aid in their transition to Trak Care as the Family Services Client Management System. To succeed you will need: Demonstrated proficiency in the use of established technical and administrative processes through a number of years’ experience in the field or a qualified tertiary graduate in business management, finance or accounting is advantageous. Experience and knowledge in the Child and Family Services Sector or the Community sector. Strong understanding of foundational concepts such as reconciliation, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accurate financial records and compliance. Strong organisational and time management skills to achieve key deliverables. Strong ability to identify and solve problems related to ensuring integrity in the maintenance of client administration and financial data. Proficiency in Trak Care, IRIS and Microsoft Office suite and proven experience with systems administration.
