This role is well supported by Senior Occupational Therapists and provides the full scope of Occupational Therapy services to over 65’s within the community and residential aged care facilities.$83,695 - $102,101 per annum plus superannuation plus generous salary packaging available depending on experienceWhat you’ll be doing:Undertaking client assessments prescribing the necessary aids or modifications as requiredUndertaking home assessment (minor and major modifications)Maintaining accurate client recordsPlanning, coordinating and implementing individual and group treatment programsProviding necessary training to staff of new equipmentLiaising with other healthcare professionals, client’s family members and agencies as requiredAbout you:Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with current registration with AHPRA & the Occupational Therapists Board of AustraliaExperience working with adult/elderly clients desirableQueensland Provisional or above driver’s licenseExperience within Aged Care desirableWhy Mercy Community:Mercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit that provides a wide range of services supporting families and young people, people living with a disability and the elderly.
