Fixed Term Contract - Permanent Part-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated registered nurse to join our leadership team working in an ANUM capacity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level patient care and providing strong nursing leadership as we prepare for an upcoming hospital relocation.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily shift operations and assisting NUM to ensure efficient operations of the Amherst Ward
* Demonstrating expert knowledge and clinical skills across a broad range of patient care types
* Acting as a role model in setting clinical standards to consistently achieve a high quality of care
* Working with the leadership team to optimize new unit workflows, processes, and planning for relocation
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, efficiency, staff development, and patient experience
To succeed in this position, you will require strong clinical knowledge and a passion for nursing leadership.
You will lead by example to motivate your team during a time of transition and change.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities are essential to success in this position.
