Job Description:
This role reports to the IT Manager and plays a crucial part in delivering top-notch level 2 IT service desk support across the company.
* First point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting across multiple locations.
* Provide service desk, onsite, and remote support for 300+ staff.
* Hardware and software fault diagnosis, repairs, and upgrades.
* Systems administration, network troubleshooting, and user account management.
* Documentation of systems and processes.
Minimum Requirements:
* 2+ years of service desk experience with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
* Previous experience with Office 365.
* Solid experience with desktop, server, and networking troubleshooting.
* Experience or exposure to Apple devices and operating systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* A customer service-oriented mindset.
