The positions assist in the supervision of work of more junior lawyers and lead several highly complex matters.CounselWe are seeking to appoint a counsel with experience providing high level legal advice and representation on a range of litigation matters with a high degree of legal ability and with strong interpersonal and strategic management skills.
The role actively supports State Counsel in the management of the Counsel Section and key relationships with government clients to support the delivery of excellent legal services and representation by the Office.We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced civil litigation lawyer with excellent knowledge across a broad range of civil litigation matters and with strong interpersonal and strategic management skills.
