Located in Moonee Ponds we are seeking an individual to handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office on a part time basis. Hours: Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day, 10am – 2pm.Job Duties: Preparation of documents Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc. Arranging marketing materials/advertising /social media. Competent Microsoft Excel Essential with knowledge of formulas. Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Relief Reception.Typing letters and general correspondence General administration and ad-hoc duties. Reckon Accounts preferred.The successful applicant we are seeking will have: A minimum of 5 years office administration experience.Strong computer skills.Strong ability to multitask. Problem solving and prioritising skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Admin experience in the Real Estate or Legal profession preferred but not essential.
