Start Date: Mid-October start date
Duration: until March 2025 (Temporary Assignment)
Rate: $37.50 per hour + Super
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Order Management: Handle and track orders using Salesforce CRM, Excel, and IMPEX sales software.
* Database Mastery: Maintain and oversee orders and sales databases to ensure accuracy.
* Supplier Coordination: Create and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers and DC.
* Customised Reporting: Craft and present insightful reports using Salesforce dashboards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excel Expertise: Intermediate to advanced skills, especially with VLOOKUP.
* Salesforce Savvy: Experience with CRM and sales software like IMPEX is a bonus.
* Organisational Ace: Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Deadline Dynamo: Efficient in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Background in Supply Chain or Data Analytics is desirable.
