This role will support our KPMG LEAP 2.0 Strategy, by contributing towards the Powered Business Services transformation to simplify, digitise and transform our People & Inclusion function.The successful incumbent will work closely with the Transformation Delivery Team and the People and Inclusion function to further the Powered Business Services agenda, while supporting the transition from current state.As a Senior consultant in the People technology team, you will:SAP SuccessFactors – Employee CentralWork closely with the Transformation team on designing future state of SuccessFactors Employee Central.Provide expert level advice on configuration across multiples solutions, specifically Employee Central.Responsible for system administration, continuous support, defect resolution and enhancement requests during the post-implementation period.Preparation, engagement with key stakeholders and deployment of release change windows within SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central.SAP SuccessFactors - CompensationCreating Compensation plan and worksheets, publishing compensation data to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, generating reports and statements.SAP SuccessFactors – Performance and GoalsSetting up and configuring goal plan templates, configuring goal plan categories and fields, configuring goal plan permissions, setting up and configuring performance form templates, calibration in performance management, continuous performance management and feedback are highly desirable.Project ManagementProficient in interpreting requirements and presenting tailored, pragmatic solutions, whilst considering constraints and timelines.Manage expectations throughout each phase of project timelines.Working collaboratively with stakeholders to engage at the right time and achieve right change management outcomes. Actively design, propose and deliver change management activities to support.Provide SME support on broader firm-wide projects that vary in size, impact and complexity.Use of project management methodologies, action plans, project plans, technical and specialist expertise.QualificationsYour Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience/ certification in SuccessFactors Employee CentralSystem Admin experience in at least 2 SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must-have)Bachelor’s Degree in any disciplineExperience on large scale, cross-functional transformation projects highly desirable.Solution focused with ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve defects as required.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.Experienced in Integration management inbound and outbound from SF Employee Central.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
