About the role We’re seeking a dynamic and versatile Content Marketing & PR Lead to join our team for a 12 Month Maternity Cover. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, developing strategic content, and managing public relations initiatives that elevate Sonder's brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative storytelling, digital marketing acumen, SEO, social media, and PR expertise. Additionally, the role demands flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in our fast-paced scale-up environment. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that enhances Sonder's brand presence. Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across digital channels, including blogs and social media. Collaborate with PR agencies to execute strategic campaigns and build media relationships. Implement effective content distribution strategies to maximise reach, including SEO and social media efforts. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, optimising strategies based on insights. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment. Ability to build and maintain relationships with PR agencies and media contacts. Creative thinking with a track record of innovative content and campaigns.
